1. Log in to the control panel of your blogger.
2. Click the 'Layout'
3. Click 'Edit HTML'

5. Add the code you see in red exactly where you see in the image to your right. If you want to copy and paste, do it in bold text you see below:

Use the preview button before clicking Save! If you like what you see, go ahead and save.
What if I want the navbar again in the future?
Just resume your HTML in the same way and remove the part you just added. It's really that simple!
